• Refunds are eligible within 5 to 8 days from the date of enrollment in the savings scheme.

• To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase and meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Conditions for Refund

• Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid by the customer towards the savings scheme, excluding any administrative fees or charges.

• Refunds will not be provided for any benefits or rewards accrued through the savings scheme.

• The customer must submit a refund request in writing to rrmperambur@gmail.com along with the necessary documentation within the specified refund period.

3. Approval Process

• All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 to 8 business days of receiving the request and necessary documentation.

• Refunds will be approved only if the customer meets the eligibility criteria and conditions outlined in this policy.

• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer during enrollment.

4. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • If the refund request is made after the specified refund period has expired.

  • If the customer has already redeemed any benefits or rewards earned through the savings scheme.

  • If the customer has violated any terms and conditions of the savings scheme.
